If on paper we think you might be a good fit, we’ll be in touch to arrange a telephone call, during which you can expect to discuss your skills and experience further. Should we believe you’re a strong applicant following our initial conversation, we’ll then invite you for a face-to-face interview, so that both parties can properly gauge whether PCM is right for you.   • How do I apply for a role at PCM?

    Typically, you’ll have a few different options. The quickest and easiest way is to apply is directly through our website, by selecting an open job position, before submitting all information requested within the digital form provided. Occasionally, we also advertise positions on LinkedIn and Indeed, so you can apply via either of these platforms as an alternative should you wish to.

  • What happens after I submit my application?

    The selection process typically takes about a month from submitting your application to being accepted for a job. Unsuccessful applicants will be informed sooner, so that they can resume their job search as swiftly as possible.

  • Can I apply for more than one position?

    Of course! If you're interested in multiple roles that match your skills and experience, please feel free to apply to each one separately.

  • Where is PCM based? Are you easy to get to?

    Our main office is located in the historic, picturesque town of Kenilworth, just off the Stoneleigh junction of the A46. We have on-site parking, a bus stop directly opposite our main entrance, and Kenilworth train station is a 2 minute drive away - your commute will be a breeze!

  • When will I start?

    Your start date is something we’ll discuss during your interviews. We’ll agree on a mutually convenient date that works for both parties.
