Strain Gauges - Thermo Couple Attachment

PCM provide the installation service of thermo-couples to free issue items or site to attach them on to large structures.

 

 

 

 

 

The installation can be made to suit the customers requirement, the following methods are adopted :

• Spot welded bead for a grounded installation.
• Brazed bead that is bonded in place using ceramic cement as a base coat and top coat. This is ungrounded.

It is important to specify the following to get the optimum requirement.

• Temperature range.
• Speed of response.
• The equipment input requirement – grounded or ungrounded ability.
