Thermo Couple Attachment
PCM provide the installation service of thermo-couples to free issue items or site to attach them on to large structures.
The installation can be made to suit the customers requirement, the following methods are adopted :
- • Spot welded bead for a grounded installation.
- • Brazed bead that is bonded in place using ceramic cement as a base coat and top coat. This is ungrounded.
It is important to specify the following to get the optimum requirement.
- Temperature range.
- Speed of response.
- The equipment input requirement – grounded or ungrounded ability.
