QUALITY POLICY

The Management of Procter and Chester (Measurements) Ltd is committed to having the organisation and systems necessary to meet the specification and quality requirements of national and international standards, or the customers own specifications with the emphasis on safety and reliability.

BS EN ISO 9001:2000The Management accepts responsibility for the implemented quality system based on BS EN ISO 9001:2000 which documents the key elements of quality throughout; design, production, installation and servicing of Procter and Chester (Measurements) Ltd. products and services.

Clearly defined lines of responsibility and authority for each stage of the process has ensured the effective implementation of the quality system and monitoring by internal quality, audit and regular Management Review Meetings and changes to the system shall be implemented in a consistent manner as defined within the documented quality procedures.

The importance of building good working relationships with both our customers and suppliers, is vital to the advancement of our quality aims. To ensure suppliers meet its quality requirements, thereby enabling it to meet our customers requirements, Procter and Chester (Measurements) Ltd. follows a policy of 'understanding' based on clear and accurate communication of information.

To ensure Procter and Chester (Measurements) Ltd. remains aware of the technological advances within the industry, the Management are committed to the training and retraining of all personnel. To ensure the quality aims of Procter and Chester (Measurements) Ltd. are understood and to allow personnel to take responsibility for the quality of their own work, training is seen by the Management as vital to their quality aims, and to ensuring continuous improvements and advancement of both product service and personnel.
