If your application is a one off test, or are unable to justify in purchasing a load cell or system, PCM have a selection of load cells and instrumentation that we can hire out. Please contact the office for further information.
If your application requirement is a one off test or you are unable to justify purchasing a load cell or system, PCM have a selection of load cells and instrumentation that can be hired out.
For your convenience the system that is hire can be calibrated in the units your choice ie kN, Te, Lbs. to five points linearity and repeated three time to show repeatability of the system. The test rig and calibration instruments reference numbers displayed on the certificate for tracability purposes.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Payment:
Prepayment in full is required at the time of booking, including despatch out to Hirer. PCM will accept BACS, cheque or major Credit Card
Hire period:
The minimum hire Period for a load cell or load cell system is one week and is charged weekly for continuous hire should the need arise.
Liability:
All Equipment released for hire has been thoroughly checked, in full working order and where necessary calibrated by our technicians.
Responsibilities:
PCM will not accept responsibility for loss or damage arising from use or miss-use of hire equipment. It is assumed that the hirer has sufficient skill and knowledge to operate the hired equipment correctly.
Returns:
The return of hire equipment is the responsibility of the hirer. All equipment must be returned including any accessorries in the condition they were released for hire.
Loss and Damage:
Hirer will be charged for replacement or repair or lost or damaged goods at retail cost. Also any accessories missing when goods are returned will be charge for at retail cost to the hirer
Hire Insurance:
Insuring the hire equipment is the responsibility of the person/persons hiring the equipment.
