Weld Force Sensor
Model: S-WFS
The S-WFS is a double bending beam design load cell with a full strain gauged based wheatstone bridge.
The load cell has been designed for measuring the amount of force is applied between two welding probes.
Knowing this information is important to the customer so that they know that they are getting a ‘good’ spot weld and avoiding failures / batch rejections.
The build specification will be established during the quotation stage as there are plenty of options available
